THE PROGRAM INVESTMENT
- #1: Time - You should be prepared to invest 2-3 hours a week in building your partnership program for the 8 week intensive. After that, the amount of time depends on the number of outreach emails and meetings you want to have each week (which we’ll help you plan backwards from your revenue goal). We’ll also include a training on how to delegate elements of this to save you time!
