Mallory Erickson Coaching provides a limited number of spots available each month for one on one coaching to enhance your process in the Power Partners Formula™ course. Options range from assisting with creating a customized fundraising plan, having accountability support in implementing your plan, or having our team join your team to create your documents and develop your fundraising tools needed to raise more money without hounding your donors.

1. VIP DAY

WHAT IS A VIP DAY?

A VIP Day gives you the opportunity to get customized 1:1 support to create your Power Partners fundraising plan, get your questions answered, and move on to the next project on your list. We know you do not have extra time, and this VIP day is built to optimize your energy, time, and impact. And to get you results, FAST.

With no interruptions or distractions, we can steamroll through your project to get to a clear set of action steps that you can implement to help you raise more from the right funders. 

Additionally, since the Power Partners Formula™ is included in this package, you have 12 months of group support following the VIP day to make sure your follow-up questions can always be answered via the facebook group and our monthly group coaching calls.

WHO IS THE INTENSIVE RIGHT FOR?

Too many nonprofits don’t have a fundraising team but are expected to fundraise as if they do. If you want to infuse your organization with fundraising capacity support, this is the opportunity for you. Not only do we optimize your time by building you a custom all-day VIP Day, but we come to that VIP day with our entire organization deeply entrenched in the workings of your nonprofit. We will have done a deep-dive into your giving data, looked at your value proposition, strategic plan, theory of change, etc. Since we have done this with over 250 organizations, we can get up to speed in a month so that we feel like full team members during this strategy session.  You’re not just ‘picking our brain’ we are full thought partners as if we’d been around since day one. 

Not only do we add capacity to the VIP Day itself, but following the VIP day we do a tremendous amount of behind the scenes work to move your organization forward. We create content pillars, create a prospect list of 50 of the best funders for your organization, customize and ghost write all of your outreach emails and follow-ups, and create tracking and accountability tools to keep you on track. 

You also get 6 1:1 coaching sessions that can be used over a 6-month period and 12 months of support through the Power Partners Formula™. 

Given the intensity of this commitment, we can only take 1-2 Power Partners Intensive Clients at a time, so if you are interested in revolutionizing the way you fundraise to focus your energy and raise more from the right partners (and know that you have a team behind you to execute successfully) then this is the package for you. 

The entire process from beginning to end is typically 10-12 weeks.
